Where is the nearest train station?

Birmingham International train station is a 5 minute journey. We offer a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the station, this also serves the monorail to the Airport and the NEC. Please contact the hotel team for running times and for more information.

How far is the Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport from the city centre?

7 miles.

Does the hotel have car parking?

Yes, the hotel has car has 120 spaces on site, plus an overflow NCP car park adjacent to the hotel (subject to availability).

What are the car parking charges?

Hotel residents are charged a discounted rate of £9.00 per night.

Non-residential guests are charged £3.50 per 2 hours / £1.50 per hour thereafter.
Conference/Wedding and Events car parking charges are inclusive.

Car parking for up to 3 hours is complimentary for diners in Marco’s New York Italian Birmingham Airport restaurant (subject to availability).

Do you offer WI-FI at the hotel?

Yes, the hotel offers complimentary high speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel for all guests.

Does the hotel have gym facilities and what are the opening times?

Yes, the hotel has an on-site Pool, Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Gym for residents only. The facilities are open from 6am – 10pm.

Does the hotel have any beauty facilities on site?

Yes, we have Peridot Beauty on site who offer a range of treatments. Hotel residents receive a 20% discount off all treatments and we recommend booking prior to your arrival.

Does the Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport have conference facilities?

Yes, we have 14 conference rooms in total with capacities from 2 – 600 people. Book here

Is breakfast available at the hotel?

A full English and Continental Buffet breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant daily. If you are not on breakfast inclusive, pre-book on arrival at £10.00 per person or on the day for just £14.95 per person.

What dining options are available in the hotel?

All external guests are welcome to dine in the hotel, as are residents.

Marco’s New York Italian – Our restaurant is open from 12.30pm each day for lunch, followed by afternoon tea and dinner from 6pm. We recommend booking in advance and you can visit the site here.

Open Lobby – Our Open Lobby offers all day dining and Take In and we proudly serve Starbucks.

In-room dining - 24 hour in-room dining is available (tray charge of £5 applies).

Do you offer group dining?

Yes, we do offer group dining in Marco’s New York Italian Birmingham Airport. Contact the restaurant team for more information.

When do you charge my credit or debit card?

A pre-authorisation is taken at check-in and full payment on departure, unless a prepaid rate has been booked (payment is then taken at the time of booking).

Do you take cash payments?

Yes, cash payments are accepted and an authorisation of a debit/credit card is required as a guarantee for any extras.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we charge £10 per pet per night (please note that this does not apply for assistance dogs)

Is the hotel accessible to wheelchairs?

Yes, we have 7 accessible rooms to meet the needs of guests with special requirements and designated car parking spaces allocated for blue badge holders.
